Our Cats

Whether you’re hoping for a lively playmate or a quiet companion, young cat or one more mature, long or short hair and just about every color pattern - we’re bound to have a cat that you’ll love.

You can see our cats by clicking H ERE, and you can meet them in person (or in feline) at our shelter in Carencro (just outside of Lafayette) by appointment on weekdays or weekends.

Our Philosophy

We seek to make the best possible match between you and your new companion, to ensure a lifelong commitment. We do our best to match the animal's needs and temperament with the adopter's lifestyle. We reserve the right to deny adoptions. Our priorities are the health, safety and future well-being of the animals in our care and the health, safety and expectations of people who visit us with hopes of finding a pet who will match their interests, lifestyle and existing companion animal(s).

Our adoption process

starts with an adoption questionnaire (you can complete it online below) which will help us to learn more about you and the type of cat you’re looking for, so that we can best match you with your ideal pet.

Our Fees

All of our kittens and cats are spayed or neutered and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations. They’ve been tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLk) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). And they’ve received excellent veterinary attention while in our care.

We have had to change our adoption fees to allow us to cover our medical bills a little better

Kittens up to 1 year old: $90

Adult Cats 1-6 years old: $75

Mature Cats over 6 years: $50
